THE LESS STRESS MASTERMIND IS AN IN PERSON WORKSHOP WITH ONGOING ONLINE SUPPORT.
The mastermind provides an opportunity to explore the science behind your everyday stress, your innate self – the preferences your were born with, and how stress may effect you. The workshop is in the beautiful event spaces in regional Australia and includes interactive and passive activities providing answers specific to you and your stress to utilise over your lifetime.
THE LESS STRESS MASTERMIND INCLUDES THREE COMPONENTS
- An online and full version of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) completed online prior to the workshop through an email link.
- A full day workshop, held from 9am until 4pm at stunning location.
- Continued support, education and inspiration through the exclusive Less Stress Mastermind Alumni Facebook Group.
The Less Stress Mastermind is hosted by Hannah Macauley
With nearly nine years experience working in community mental health, an Undergraduate Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) administrator qualifications and extensive experience with Innovative Resources --- Hannah has a keen interest to buck the ‘stress’ and ‘busy’ culture.
Specifically you will be equipped with, be nourished by and enjoy the following:
A full MBTI - the worlds most widely used type tool.
Nourishing food and drink including all day snack bar, full catered lunch, barista coffee in the morning, mocktails in the afternoon and bottomless herbal tea, still and sparkling water throughout the workshop.
A goodie bag filled with full size items from my favourite brands.
One on one support during the workshop.
Use of the inspiring Innovative Resources tools created by Anglicare Victoria (formerly St Luke's Anglicare) which are designed in Central Victoria and lovingly used world wide.
Take home Innovative Resources which offer continued inspiration and support.
Opportunity to escape, explore and enjoy the spectacular venues in a small group, usually reserved for large weddings.
An A4 business folder to collect and store everything to support you to Less Stress!
The Less Stress Mastermind is for you if you:

- are looking for a quick and easy fix your stress in one day
- are looking for a lecture style speech on stress
- do not have access to an email, computer and Internet connection to complete the MBTI online questionnaire between the dates specified.

MBTI – is the worlds most used type tool administered to millions every year and is available in over 30 languages. Developed over decades by mother and daughter duo Katherine Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers the MBTI is based on Psychiatrist Carl Jung’s work. The MBTI identifies normal, healthy personality differences that each individual was born with – their innate preference. Differences in preference can often cause misunderstanding, miscommunication and stress. The MBTI supports development of awareness of these differences and how they occur in everyday life. Often used in short Step M carbon version the MBTI used for the Less Stress Mastermind is a full Step I and Step II complete online prior to the workshop day in Trentham.
Dietary Requirements and Allergies – all food available at Less Stress Mastermind will be gluten free. Please notify me at firstname.lastname@example.org of any allergies and dietary requirements prior to 3rd May 2017.

Refund Policy – unfortunately a refund is not available however your ticket can be transferred up until four weeks prior to the event to ensure there is enough time to complete the MBTI prior to the date.
